Scholarships for Syrian Youth

Only three percent of refugees globally are in higher education. Only five percent of Syrian refugee children are in high school. With millions of gifted Syrian women and men unable to attain a university degree or high school diploma, Jusoor’s Scholarship Program builds bridges between the potential of young Syrians and opportunities for further education.

By supporting Syrian students to access excellent education institutions around the world, Jusoor is helping to create the next generation of Syrian leaders and building the capacity in the Levant for years to come.

Jusoor is a leading organization in providing scholarships to Syrian youth; our strength lies in our broad outreach to the international Syrian community in addition to a strong record on our selection of top candidates with insights into what the students have overcome in order to be in a position to apply for top universities.

Thanks to our Institutional Supporters

“Our journey was very similar to that of the Jusoor scholars. We see ourselves in them. Their success represents for us the hopes and aspirations of our people from Syria and the region as a whole. Like them, we endured war, displacement lack of travel documents and other travails. Their challenges and hardship were difficult to overcome, but hard work and support of good people and organizations have allowed them to succeed against all odds.”
