This month, we are excited to share new opportunities for employers and young talent, highlight our third initiative inside Syria, and celebrate key milestones that open new doors for our community.
Our Third Initiative Inside Syria: Supporting High School Students

In partnership with Sawaed Syria, we launched preparatory courses for high school students entering their final year. These students face a shortage of qualified teachers, especially in English and other core subjects.
Our program now supports 37 students across seven main subjects, providing them with free, accessible courses to prepare for their baccalaureate exams. This initiative is vital for ensuring that more young people in Syria are ready to take the next academic step despite years of disrupted education.
High School Graduation Success: 88 % Success Rate

We celebrated a significant milestone this month with the high school scholarship graduations at Jurahiya Center (Bekaa) and Tuyoor AlAmal School (Tripoli). An impressive 88% of graduating students completed their senior year and are now moving into higher education. We are very proud of all of their hard work they put in despite the challenges and education during wartime.
Opening Doors to Connect Talent with Opportunities

Jusoor is expanding pathways to employment through two new initiatives. Our Talent Community is now open for young people to join, access career resources, and be part of a growing pool of motivated talent. At the same time, we launched a dedicated employer form for organizations seeking to hire from refugee and vulnerable communities.
In 2024, Jusoor helped 28 young talents secure jobs, and with these new opportunities, we are set to achieve even more in 2025 onwards.

A Story of Resilience: Momen’s Journey
After joining Jusoor over a decade ago as a young student, Momen’s path has transformed into a story of resilience and ambition. Today, he’s building a promising future far from the challenges he once faced.
We are preparing to launch a new initiative that will benefit around 1,000 students in Syria for the upcoming academic year. Stay tuned as we will be sharing details soon and inviting our community to help us make it happen! Thank you for being with us on this journey.
