Jordan's startup scene is thriving — but for many early-stage founders, the hardest part isn't getting started. It's what comes next.
Scaling a business requires more than a great idea and initial traction. It demands strategic advisory, investor access, operational muscle, and the right partnerships to break into new markets. For too many promising startups, it can be challenging to find support and growth stalls before the company can grow.
What Is Scale-Beyond?
Scale-Beyond is a nine-month program designed for high-potential, Jordan-based startups ready to move from early-stage operations to scalable, investment-ready businesses. The program offers a selected cohort of ten startups tailored capacity-building, one-on-one mentorship, strategic advisory, and direct connections to investors, corporates, and regional and global markets.
The program is particularly focused on startups founded or led by Syrian refugees and women — entrepreneurs who too often face structural barriers to the support and networks they need.
How It Works
Scale-Beyond follows a focused three-stage approach:
We begin by assessing each startup's growth stage, identifying gaps in strategy, operations, and market positioning. From there, we build: providing tailored mentorship, technical guidance, and workshops on scaling, finance, and growth. Finally, we scale: connecting founders to investors, corporate partners, and new market opportunities to support long-term expansion and sustainability.
Every element of the program is customized to where each startup actually is, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Who Should Apply?
We're looking for ten digital or tech-enabled startups that are ready to grow. To be eligible, your startup should:
- Be post-MVP and revenue-generating, or demonstrate clear market traction
- Operate in a digital or tech-enabled sector (e-commerce, healthtech, edtech, agri-tech, or similar fields)
- Have at least one full-time founder committed to the program
- Have ambitions to expand into GCC, EU, or US markets
- Be legally registered or operationally present in Jordan
Preference will be given to women-led and Syrian refugee-led businesses.
Apply Now — Deadline: May 3, 2026
