We hosted our annual gala in New York City in November. Under the theme ‘Rooted in Hope,’ the gala featured an immersive dinner experience set against a 360-degree projection of Syria’s most iconic monuments, an art auction by talented Syrian artists, and a night dedicated to raising funds for our programs and connecting to our community in New York City.
Reaching out to new supporters, the audience was in awe as they entered the space, finding themselves virtually transferred to Syria, dining within iconic Syrian heritage sites. The community gathered to not only meet and get to know each other, but also to hear about Jusoor’s latest interventions inside Syria and plans for the future.
The night also featured an art auction with donated artworks by talented Syrian artists to raise funds for our upcoming programs. Guests also enjoyed classical Arabic live music on oud.
