Suzan Trabulsi
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2018 with a strong interest in clinical practice. I received a Jusoor scholarship to pursue a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Nottingham, graduating with distinction in 2020. With this Master’s, I was able to become a Registered Clinical Dietitian in the UAE.
In 2023, I joined King’s College Hospital London in Dubai as a clinical dietitian.
My inpatient work covers complex medical cases, including bowel obstruction, post–liver transplant management, and advanced enteral and parenteral nutrition support.
In outpatient care, I organised the hospital’s first Type 1 diabetes education workshop and led the first staff diabetes awareness program. I also contributed to multiple hospital-wide health-awareness initiatives.

In 2025, I launched women’s health pathways for menopause and endometriosis as part of a multidisciplinary team.
In 2026, I am expected to publish the UAE’s first cross-sectional study assessing the prevalence of malnutrition using MUST and diagnosing malnutrition using the updated GLIM criteria at King’s private hospital.
I am active on Instagram, correcting misconceptions about diets and encouraging healthy eating habits in a balanced way.
