Rabiee Ibrahim
With a stellar academic background as the top graduate from Damascus University's Faculty of Civil Engineering, I bring a wealth of expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding results. I led impactful projects at the Syrian Society for Social Development (SSSD), spearheading projects in juvenile support and earthquake response with the support of Terre des Homme (TDH) and Tearfund. Collaborating closely with my team, I ensured seamless project implementation across multiple governorates in Syria, overseeing everything from conception to evaluation. I also volunteered remotely as a strategic operation manager at Global Share (GS), where I contributed my skills remotely, ensuring the successful implementation of organizational guidelines and strategic missions. Additionally, I provided essential leadership and support, while driving the enhancement of GS's performance and gamification system. Previously, as a project manager at NIB, I excelled in managing WASH projects, as well as the rehabilitation and shelter package installation for damaged houses and schools. Working alongside esteemed organizations like Secours Islamique France (SIF) and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC). Renowned for my leadership, effective communication, and proficient project management abilities, I am deeply committed to creating a lasting impact on the communities I serve.
