Ziena Abu-Dalbouh

Ziena is a business & community enabler, advocating for women, youth, and mental health. Ziena has extensive experience in various sectors in the fields of business development and project management, having worked with different INGOs, NGOs, Governments & Corporates. Ziena has a master’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy & Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing. In her current position as the Head of Entrepreneurship Department at Jusoor, Ziena designs and implements entrepreneurship programs in MENA and Turkey tailored to enable Syrian & host communities’ young adults to accelerate their startup growth to reach financial sustainability. She’s also Co-chair at the CFE Refugee Entrepreneurship Network (REN) Access to Capital committee.
