Abstract
Championing Women in Business Leadership showcases Jusoor’s targeted efforts to empower women entrepreneurs across the MENA region. Focused on strengthening leadership, strategic thinking, and financial literacy, the initiative supported women-led startups with leadership training, expert consultations, pre-seed grants, and networking opportunities. The findings highlight significant improvements in leadership capabilities, investment readiness, and the sustainable growth of women-founded startups, contributing to greater economic inclusion and bridging gender gaps in business leadership.
A sneak peek of our report data
