Azima Sprint Review Jusoor Report

Abstract

This report presents Jusoor's WhatsApp-Assisted Learning Program, a response to the educational challenges faced by displaced Syrian children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through a series of exploratory activities, the program aims to understand the effectiveness of delivering lessons and psychosocial support via WhatsApp, with the ultimate goal of providing continuous education to out-of-school refugee children. This review reflects on the initial findings, barriers to engagement, and the potential impact on learning outcomes, setting the stage for further development and scaling of the program.
